Q: How can I find a local access number in my area?
A: Click the "access numbers" link on the right.
Q: Can I add an email address to my account?
A: We offer 2 email address's at no charge. Each additional address is $1/month. Email Jay Thoma support@etahoe.com for additional address's.
Q: What about busy signals and disconnects?
A: Our 64K modems run in tandem and are "SmartLinked" to additional pools on demand. This virtually eliminates disconnects and busy signals.
